Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

Sprivo is software that helps independent cleaning professionals run their business — calendar, clients, bookings and chat. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have. It applies to the Sprivo mobile app and this website.

1. Who we are

Sprivo ("we", "us") provides the Sprivo app and is operated from the Netherlands. For your own account data, Sprivo is the data controller. For information you add about your clients, you are the controller and Sprivo acts as your processor.

Questions or requests: privacy@sprivo.app.

Data controller: Sprivo (Hugo Vinícius da Silva), Koning Davidstraat 93, 1502 NX Zaandam, Netherlands. KvK 42113154 · VAT NL005502768B63.

2. Information we collect

  • Account: your name, email, password (stored encrypted), preferred language and role.
  • Your clients: names, phone numbers, addresses and notes you add, including contacts you choose to import from your device.
  • Bookings and calendar: dates, times, service addresses, amounts and the payment method you select (cash, bank transfer or card).
  • Location: with your permission, your location is used to plan routes between jobs. It is handled by your device and maps app and is not stored by us beyond the slots you create.
  • Messages: chat content between you and your clients, which may be auto-translated by DeepL.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. For cash or bank-transfer bookings, no payment data flows through Sprivo.
  • Technical: push-notification token and basic app diagnostics.

3. How we use your information

To provide and operate the app (calendar, clients, chat, bookings and the optional marketplace listing), to process your subscription and any card payments, to translate messages, to send the notifications you enable, to provide support, and to keep the service secure and improve it.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on: performance of our contract with you (providing the app); your consent (importing contacts, using location, push notifications, and listing in the marketplace); our legitimate interests (security and improving the service); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the EU), Stripe (payments), DeepL (message translation), Expo (app delivery and push), Apple and Google (app stores and push delivery), and map/geocoding providers for the route planner. Your public booking page shows only the details you choose to publish.

6. Cash and off-platform payments

When you record a booking as cash or bank transfer, the payment is arranged directly between you and your client. Sprivo is not a party to it, holds no funds, and only stores the record you enter.

7. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in the European Union (Supabase, Paris region). Where a provider processes data outside the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can delete your account at any time, after which we delete or anonymise your data except where we are required by law to keep it.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, request a copy (portability), and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@sprivo.app.

10. Your clients’ data

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to add information about your clients and for telling them how you use Sprivo to manage your work. For that data, Sprivo acts as your processor and uses it only to provide the service to you.

11. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and EU hosting. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

12. Children

Sprivo is intended for adults running a cleaning business and is not directed to children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the “last updated” date below and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.

Translations of this policy are provided for convenience; if there is any conflict, the English version applies. This document is a general template and not legal advice.
