Delete your Sprivo account
You can permanently delete your Sprivo account and your data here, or from inside the Sprivo app. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Deleting from inside the app
Cleaning professionals: open the Sprivo app, go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account” (just under “Log out”), then confirm twice.
Clients: open the Sprivo app, tap your photo at the top of the home screen, scroll to the bottom of the profile sheet and tap “Delete account”, then confirm twice.
Versions of the app before 1.0.5 delete your account but do not cancel a subscription you pay by card through Stripe, and your photos are removed only afterwards (see our Privacy Policy, section 9). This page does both at once.
Can’t sign in?
Email privacy@sprivo.app from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We reply within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
