Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of Sprivo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Sprivo is

Sprivo is software — a tool that helps independent cleaning professionals manage their calendar, clients, bookings and communication. Sprivo is not an employer, agency, or marketplace that arranges, supervises or guarantees work or payment. You are an independent professional and decide your own services, prices, clients and how you are paid.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscription and billing

Sprivo is an auto-renewing subscription: €14.99 per month or €149.99 per year. New accounts include 30 days of free access, and on iOS the subscription starts with a 1-month free trial for new subscribers. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account and the subscription is managed or cancelled in your App Store settings; on the web, billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

4. Payments and money

  • Cash and bank transfer: arranged directly between you and your client. Sprivo is not involved, holds no money, and only records what you enter.
  • Card (escrow): optional, processed via Stripe Connect. Our commission applies only to these bookings, and Sprivo covers Stripe’s processing fees out of its share, so you receive 92% of the amount. These payments are also subject to Stripe’s terms.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, invoicing and any registration or legal obligations that apply to your work.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to comply with the laws that apply to you, to have the right to use any client information you add, to provide your services professionally, and not to misuse the app.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Sprivo for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive. Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the service, and do not upload other people’s data unlawfully.

7. Marketplace listing

Listing your profile publicly is optional. If you list, you are responsible for the accuracy of your profile. Clients choose to contact you at their own discretion; Sprivo does not vet, employ or guarantee either party.

8. Intellectual property

Sprivo and its content are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your business. Your data remains yours.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available, and we are not responsible for dealings, agreements or disputes between you and your clients.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprivo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can stop using Sprivo at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. You can export or delete your data around termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be handled by the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you other rights.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; for significant changes we will notify you, and continued use means you accept the new terms. Contact us at legal@sprivo.app.

Translations of these terms are provided for convenience; if there is any conflict, the English version applies. This document is a general template and not legal advice.
